J. Ryan Winter founded Telematics-Online Research & Investigation in 2003 and currently holds the positions of Managing Director, Lead Investigator and acting Privacy Officer. Ryan is highly respected and well known both at home and abroad as a highly capable, well connected and meticulous Canadian Licensed Private Investigator. He has overseen investigations in over 100 countries and has a large network of affiliated contacts around the globe. He has served a myriad of clients in both the public and private sectors as both an investigator and consultant including government, fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, law firms, recruitment firms and insurance providers.

Prior to founding Telematics-Online, Ryan held positions in both the private sector and with the Government of Canada. He has been involved with several successful businesses start-ups and ventures over the years and comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. His success has been directly attributed to building and maintaining long lasting, win-win relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors based on trust and realizing the pivotal importance of successful networking.
